From the first day after notice of award, we will initiate a kickoff meeting where the agenda will include Quality Control, Schedule, Budget, Project Safety and Site Logistics. We will not leave this meeting until these project goals are well-defined and performance metrics are in place. These same goals are then tracked at regular project meetings to ensure the project is moving forward as planned. Our Project Team will continue in this fashion working as an advocate for you and will protect your interests with transparency, open communication and promoting teamwork from the entire Project Team.
